Let us provide a customized care plan for your employees and prospective employees with EPN Select. Once your enrollment is complete, employees may be treated with verbal orders on weekends, evening hours, and holidays. Otherwise, an injury report and proof of insurance must be submitted with each injury. Injured employees who present themselves for treatment without an EPN Select Agreement on holiday’s weekend, or evening hours will be asked to pay for their services prior to being treated.
