We accept Medicare Part B and Medicare supplemental plans.

We file Workers Compensation claims provided that we are given a valid claim number from the patient's employer. Collier employers are encouraged to become an EPN Select Member so that all billing information is in place ahead of time. This program is designed for companies who also need random drug testing, DOT physicals, concierge medicine for executives or any other custom treatment plans.

At this time the only the only insurance plan in which we participate is Self Insured Plans for The East Naples Fire Department.

If you are a Collier County Employer, you may apply to become a part of EPN SELECT. This program is designed for companies who need random drug testing, DOT physicals, concierge medicine for executives or any other custom treatment plans.
